Submissions

The Tri-Co Law Review accepts written works by undergraduate students at the beginning of the fall and spring semester. 

Submissions are expected to be original. It is also expected that articles are not previously published, or under consideration by another journal. Should an author withdraw an article for publication in another journal, the author will no longer be able to publish with the Tri-Co Law Review in future editions.

Formatting Guidelines

All submissions must be in Microsoft word format and must utilize Chicago footnotes. Please see our style guide or contact emorgan5@swarthmore.edu for more details. 

Editing Guidelines 

If accepted to the journal, authors will undergo three rounds of editing. Final decisions for revision are made by editors. In the event that an author is unwilling to revise, the editorial board may rescind its offer for publication.
